Implementation or modification of facilities linked to buildings.

For example: For connections to the water supply or electricity, air handling, computer cabling, building maintenance, laboratory equipment, installation of CAMIPRO card readers, etc.


For telephony : VPSI UC site.

Services:

Security,
Signage,
etc .

Furniture:

Laboratory furniture.
Office furniture.
Curtains and interior blinds.

Building:

Complementary surfaces.
Change in use or move.
Spatial changes to allocated surfaces.

For example: Transformation of an office into a lab, partitioning of large spaces or creation of a larger space by removing partitions.

Would you like to register a new request :

Should only concern office furniture and removals
(no other works or services)
Should only concern laboratory furniture
(no other works or services)

Registering a project does not guarantee a positive response. Each request is assessed by your Faculty’s responsible bodies, the DSE, DDC and VPO. The decision to grant, adapt or refuse the request depends on several criteria, such as the nature of the project, the priorities of your Faculty, Institute or Vice-Presidency, the incurred costs, financial resources and implications for the COVID-19 situation.
